Monitoring progress for a sales pipeline

I would like to use Monday to manage our sales pipeline. For this I need to be able to track the progress made by each deal each month. For example I would like to know how many deals have moved from cold call to qualified or qualified to demo scheduled. Is there a way to track changes in status by team member on a monthly basis?

Hi @kerstyn - If you have an Enterprise account, you can use the Performance Insights view (more info here - https://support.monday.com/hc/en-us/articles/360012780139)

If you are on Pro, then another option is to have date fields that automatically populate based on the status changes, and then use formulas and Dashboards to compile the metrics the way you like.
