Hi, I had the same issue today. But it doesn’t seem to sync. I don’t see the files from the files gallery in the files column. Which means, I cannot add them to an email with Emails & Activities.

In my opinion, Emails & Activities should have an option to upload from the Files tab instead of from the Files column. Not saying the files column should not exist, but in for use with Emails & Activities, it is in my opinion a redundant column.

You can use EasyMails app, you can use drag and drop template designer, easily upload files directly from your board column, and seamlessly integrate your board data into your email content.
It’s like having Mailchimp inside monday .com
