Is it possible to automatically create a new item in a separate group when the item in group one is marked complete - but keep the item description
example
Group 1 has items with 4 status bars. when that is complete I would like to move to the next department - and I would like to create a new item in that board but keep the same item info from the first board and I would like to have it create that new item with a selected set or presets columns?

I believe this can be accomplished using native automations. See screenshots below.
This is the basic version of the automation, you can add more complexity to it based on your needs.
Then when you click on “item” in the second line, you can pick what columns you want to pull to the new item that you are creating. You just have to make sure that the new board has matching column types to receive the information.
