Is there a way to set up workaround for the 1000 item limit in My Work?
Support told me to have items with “done” status move to another board- not good solution.
Would it be possible to:
When item status changes (done)
Remove person from Assigned
This would solve about half the issue (done items count toward the 1000 item limit)
The next step would be to somehow delay assigning the person to item, which would effectively decrease the # of items in my work at any given time.
None of this is ideal but it seems we have to get creative using Monday
