MyWork has been broken for months now. It will not hide done items. The toggle is clicked to on, all my boards have the items marked as “done items”. They used to work just fine but now I have to refresh my web browser in order to make them go away. It is SUPER frustrating and my team is complaining every day about this bug. There doesn’t seem to be an end since there is a “work around” to hit refresh. I am fine with a “work around” as long as there is someone working to find a solution, but it sounds like there is no plan to fixing it anytime soon. Very frustrating.
This makes me cranky every day! Why can’t they fix this??
We also have this issue! So frustrating to have little bugs like this throughout that aren’t improving.
Yes it’s very frustrating! Also for me my work items keep coming back to ‘to do’ when I change the status to ‘done’. I need to change the status one again to done and then hit refresh and finally it goes away. Please fix this asap @monday!
Has anyone been having issues with parent items showing up on their My Work?
I only get assigned to subitems, and lately when I make any change to my assigned subitem while in My Work, it randomly adds the parent item to the list. When I refresh, it goes away. This happens in both the desktop app and the browser. Another bug…
Response from Monday:
We understand how important work tracking is to you and your team, and we apologize for any inconvenience this issue may be causing.
At this time, our team is focusing on other bug fixes in the platform rather than improvements to the MyWork feature, and we are unable to provide an immediate fix for this specific issue. However, we are committed to addressing any bugs that critically impact system usability.
In the meantime, we recommend using a workaround to help manage your tasks effectively. You can utilize a Table widget in a Dashboard and apply filters to display the relevant columns such as date, status, and priority. By setting the filter to exclude items marked as “Done,” the widget will automatically update and remove completed tasks.
So they’re currently doing nothing then, good to know ![]()
