We are creating an onboarding form and process to help improve these systems within our organisation. One issue we are struggling to find a way to implement on Monday is adding each new employees working pattern.
At the moment the form is set for a manager to select each day and then enter each shift in a text column for each day the employee will be working each week. We need the shifts to be input here rather than just the hours worked. This is a bit messy at the moment and if anyone has any suggestion on how to add a question into the form that would be easier for a manager to fill out or a way to set up views on the board so HR can access this information easily and that it is simple to understand it would help a lot.
