Hey @JTL, thanks for posting about this, and welcome to the community! 
Can you write into support@monday.com about this? I ask because then we’ll be able to locate your monday.com account and grant you a feature from the back end that will remove the “Complete your profile” box.
There should be a three-dot menu if you mouse over the name of the board that will allow you do to delete it.
