One thing that has been pointed out is when the email notifications come through they don’t give a reference to the group it applies to within the board unless you follow the link to the board to see which group it applies too. Would be nice if it could be updated to reflect, group details rather than just a sub cat.
Hi @adam_s - maybe I am misunderstanding your question however group name and board name can be added to a notifiction?

Hi Mark, our item group change depending on the sub item so to create our own rule doesn’t work, this notification is a Monday.com self made email notification, there you don’t need to access monday to know what it’s referencing.
