One more vote for adding an X to the checkbox column

Please add the X to the checkbox column! In my work, the checkbox is the best way to keep track of who has returned certain forms, etc. However, some of the participants are exempt and a blank box makes it look like I am waiting on them. X would allow me to keep track of those who are exempt from that column’s form, requirements, etc.
