hello, is there possible for users to communicate one to one on monday crm?
Hello @lizi Hi! At the moment, Monday CRM doesn’t have a built-in private messaging or direct one-to-one chat feature like Slack or MS Teams.
However, you could:
Use the board updates / comments - I like using the Board discussion as keeps a track of items I have flagged / raised at a board level. However its all public to all board users!
- Using private boards or WorkDoc items where only selected users can view and comment.
- Integrating a third-party messaging app (like Slack or MS Teams) via Monday’s integrations if you need more direct communication.
It’s a bit more collaboration-focused rather than traditional private messaging, but hopefully that helps!

Shanine here from Mindflows. I understand that you are looking for a one-to-one communication on monday.com. As of now, that feature isn’t available yet. It’s a great idea though!
For communication, we usually use the Board Discussion, or simply communicate with a team member via the Updates section.
