Very new to Monday.com and super excited to start using it. We are piloting the work management platform (Pro version) until I can justify expanding to the Enterprise version. I work with a team that will manage more than 20 baords/projects - our leadership team want to see everything on one dashboard but once we hit the 20+ boards, we would need to create another dashboard. I am wondering if anyone has been creative and found ways to overcome this limit? I understand there would be additional work and might need some level of micromanaging which I’m ok with doing.
As I’m starting to build our templates now, it would be the perfect time to incorporate some of your creative workarounds!!
One that you might consider is having a master board where all items live and then they’re ‘copied’ to the individual boards? Then your dashboard could be pulling from the master board
You will run into the connected board limitation next by using that method which is 20 on Pro. If you are open to using apps, check out Master Data. It allows you to connect any number of source boards to a Master board. You can then create a chart view, or dashboard for your project data. Links are below :).
