Paperforms >>> Zap >>>

Maybe someone can help me out with setting this up. I’m trying to use Paperforms as a scheduling software and every-time a call is booked I want Zapier to sync up with and create a new item in the pipeline (new lead). I figured out how to do this but I’m limited on how much information can be moved over. I just want the name of the person as the title of the item and when I select the item the rest of the info is shown inside.

How do you recommend setting this up?

Can you let me know what other kinds of information you’d like to be shown in the item? Someone’s phone number, for example, or other information? I’d love to see if this will be possible and take a closer look on my end.
