People not identified in creation Log after submitting a form

Hi
I created a Form whose purpose is to collect nominative answers.
And participants should not see each other’s answers, even when everyone has answered.

But sometimes (8 answers out of 22) my account is identified in the Creation Log column instead of the logged in user!
My form is set up with “Require submitters to log in” & “Redirect to login page” as checked. And this board type is “Main”.

I took a look on the browser of a user whose name doesn’t appear and he’s connected to Monday.

What causes this problem that doesn’t affect every user? How to solve it?
Thank you for your help

Hi John,

Welcome to the Monday community!

Could you please ensure that the user who submitted the form need has access to the board which the form is on. (either the main board or subscribed to the private/shareable board)
Also ensure the user is a user on your account.

Cheers,
Harsh

My assumption is that you have an automation set up to assign you as creator. Can you add a question where they ‘pick’ themselves as the nominator and then use that to assign ownership?

Hi @JohnDo - agreed with @Fario_Consulting , doublecheck who has access to the board the form is based on. If it is private or shareable only the the users who are explicitly subscribed will have their accounts show properly in Creation Log column.

Thanks!
Mark

Hello
Thanks for your help

As I said previously this board’s type is set as “Main” and there is no automation configured on that board.

Since my first post, I noticed some people were not added to the Team (which is set as member of the workspace). This is now done.
Could it be the reason of my issue?

How can I “ensure the user is a user on your account”?
I don’t understand
