With the new portal in the Service side of Monday, there is now a great feature for members to view their submitted tickets and communicate with the relevant agent to solve their issue. In the ‘My Tickets’ section you can view ongoing and past/resolved tickets however there is a real lack of detail around the submitted ticket, it simply shows creation date, title and who is assigned. I think it would be helpful to see the description the user submitted and any other options they chose. Essentially, it would great if they could see the full ticket like the agent or we (admin) have the ability to personalise and customise how much the user can see of their submitted ticket rather than an extremely minimal and pre-set amount.
