Right now if I have pictures in the file column and I want to attach them to an email via the “Emails and Activities” section, I have to manually download the files, they download as a zip, then I have to manually extract them. I want to be able to add them as an attachment that show on the email once it’s sent, instead of attaching as a zip and the receiver has to download/extract.
I also want to be able to set up email templates and email integrations/automations using the photos in the file column, but the same situation happens. If I set it up, the files attach as a link. That does not work.
Additional use is in Monday Docs–I want to set up a doc template where the pictures from the file column go onto the Doc automatically. Right now, they show up as a zip. I need to be able to print the doc with the pictures to give to my warehouse team, so I need the pictures to show up, not the link.
