Planning items as contacts on timeline

I would like to have view as a timeline (gantt? other?) to manage items as contacts (employees) per day. Employees are hired labour workers and I would like to plan/manage their availability (holidays) or assignment to specific company per specific date in the future. It’s important to see the items on the view on the left. How can I build such a solution in monday? Maybe with app? Is there something out of the box? So far we handled that with excel spreadsheet but it’s rough.
