Prefilling View with Single Item

The CEO wants every board to display the first 16 columns of the originating Board. I want to make this info easily available without the user having to scroll through 16 columns to get to the actual functionality of the Board.

I can set up a separate view called Project Info to show just those 16 columns. However, if the user has to search for the item name the CEO won’t approve.
Is there a way to select an item on the default view and when the user clicks on the Project Info view just that item will appear in the view?

Hey Sue,

If I am understanding correctly, you can set up a filter in that specific board view that filters to that item, this way upon selecting that project info view, only that item will appear.
