I have worked with over 30 different CRMs, and I find Monday to be the most complex. After two days, I still couldn’t figure out:
- How to turn a contact into a lead.
- How to add a lead to a deal.
- How to create a contact form. The instructions say to click on the three dots to enable data submission through the form, but these dots are not on my dashboard. Moreover, I don’t understand why I have to pay some WorkForms service for adding data through a form. This is a standard feature in any CRM! Did you intentionally complicate the interface to sell options to simplify it?
- How to quickly close a deal? Why is this column not on the pipeline?
- How to quickly win a deal without adding a dropdown to each card?
- Why add buttons to each column that move leads to contacts when you can just select the contact and press the button on top? Why clutter the interface like this?
- If a contact is created automatically through Zapier, the company data is not automatically added to the Organizations board. I have to perform two operations, but I still haven’t figured out how to automatically link Contacts and Organizations when creating a contact through external integrations.
- It says that you can change the signature, but you can’t upload an image for it. Moreover, there can only be one signature.
- Images in the email cannot be resized with the mouse. Are you joking? Do you expect us to use Photoshop beforehand? Or are you already developing your own plugin like with the paid forms?
- Why is there no universal invoice form that could be pre-filled and signed with a digital signature?
- Why don’t you ask users what language they prefer when creating an account?
- You’re suggesting integrating leads from other CRMs, so why do you even call it Monday CRM?
- Have you seen how long the first page load takes?
- The trick with the pricing, where you have to pay for ‘dead souls’ — that’s beyond comprehension. If a company has 1 person, why do I have to pay for three? It turns out that choosing Monday makes it easier for me to choose the most expensive plan in Salesforce or pay four times less for Pipedrive.
- I’ve read many forum posts, and they all end with moderators pretending to pass the information on, but in reality, the issues users mention haven’t gone anywhere, although prices have tripled. You don’t forget that in your roadmap.
- Do you plan to create a public roadmap so that we don’t have to take your word for it?
