I’m trying to identify if there is a way to create a dashboard to track item completion metrics on a quarterly and year-to-date basis. Our team not only needs a monthly snapshot of items we’ve worked on and completed, but we also need a further out view. Are there any easy ways to accomplish this within the application or are there apps that we can include to meet our need?

It sounds like you could benefit from using the Gantt chart where you can select “quarters” and “years” as the timeframe:

That might work! I’m playing around with it now, but my next dilemma is:
How do I get the total number of customers we onboarded each month to show on the Gantt chart? Or is there a way that I can show total approved for the Quarter?
@Annie_Goodwin What comes to 3rd party apps, I suggest taking a look at the Analytics & Reports by Screenful. With Screenful, you can create charts and lists across any number of boards and group them by week, month, quarter, or year. Here’s an example of a chart showing completed items per quarter:
