Receiver of an attachment in an automated email

Is there any way to avoid the receiver of an automated email to view/ download an attachment without having a monday account (guest or user)?
I want them to be able to click on a link/ attachment and view it without any extra steps.

Unfortunately, Monday doesn’t provide a direct way to share file attachments in automated emails without requiring the recipient to log in. If the file is stored in Monday, the default behavior restricts access to users or guests with permissions.

A workaround is to use an external file storage service like Google Drive, Dropbox, or OneDrive. Upload the file there, generate a shareable link with public or restricted access settings, and include that link in your automated email instead of attaching the file directly. This way, recipients can open the file without needing a Monday account.

Hope this helps!

Thank you for taking the time to reply and explain!

Hey, there is a native monday extension app that provides that functionality named Supermail.

It will allow u sending automated emails with attachments, also hyperlinks and to design your mails with rich text
