Recurring automation to send a notification based on filters

I would like to run a recurring automation weekly and notify a person if their item has a certain status (Won) but another column (opportunity ID) is empty. I am not seeing where you can filter the time/recurrence trigger. Is this possible?

Unfortunately conditional timed notifications are still not included in monday’s automations :frowning: .
