We have an employee that was recently terminated. In our company we have boards that we use as templates and then duplicate them for new projects. This employee created all of the items on these boards, so even though their account has been deactivated, their name and icon still appears in the item. This causes confusion for people new to the board, as they try to tag that person. Any recommendations for addressing this issue?
You could try to use
Administration > Users > Board ownership > Manage board owners
for replacing the accounts.
