when we replace a terminated user, is it possible to transfer all items and boards across all workspaces to the new user from the terminated user? right now, I have to manually assign those tasks to the new user.

I invite you to try our application that allows the massive change of items from one user to another, even filtering by boards or all the boards where that user is.

More than a year after the original question, is there any progress on this, is it possible to transfer all items to another user directly in Monday.com?
So far I’ve only found a manual way:
- select all items of the original user on the given bulletin board via the “person” filter. Alternatively, expand the subitems as well.
- mark them all with CTRL+A
- in the “owner” field (or another where you have a superordinate user), remove the original user and add a new one. The change will be reflected on all selected items.
Is there a more straightforward procedure?
