Replying to Emails hides the entire thread

When I reply to an email inside a contact in my CRM using the Emails & Activities, it hides the entire message thread. So I’m unable to scan the previous email while writing my reply. How can I have Monday automatically include the entire previous message in the body when I click Reply (like other email clients do)?

The Emails and Activities behavior currently seems to be highly inconsistent.
I would recommend sending in a Ticket to Monday Support to put attention on the issue.

They are claiming that this is expected behavior, but the current version of emails and activities cannot be expected.
