Our tasks on Monday.com are recurring (monthly, quarterly, annually). We need to see how many jobs are being completed by any user in a given period.
Can Monday.com tell us the following: for this user which tasks reached complete status in this date range
Is this possible?

I have a similar question as well 
While it doesn’t solve historical jobs - it does going forward. The way I would approach it is when jobs are completed, use an automation to create an item on a log board. It will say who was assigned, the name of the job, the date completed, etc.
Now you can easily filter that board by date and person to see.
You could probably set up some automations to create items for previous completed. One time use situation.
