Hi everyone!

I’m happy to announce that our App Approval & Feedback has now 300 active users. For those who don’t know it, Approval & Feedback allows external users to update items in your board without being a user of your Monday account, which can become very powerful.

Here are few use cases:

  • Send a design or document that can be previewed and downloaded and have the end user change the status to approve and this will show directly in your board.
  • Have your supplier update the shipping status of goods directly on your boards and without seeing the content of your board.
  • Have your subcontractors upload pictures, files on jobs they are assigned too.

Wow, great app @kessi , this will become a game changer if I don’t need anymore to add external users as guests. However Are there any limitations to the number of items that can be updated or the number of external users that can interact with the board?

Hello @jo88,

Because it’s a URL accessible to everyone, there are no specific restrictions on the number of users who can make updates or any limit on the number of items we can update. The only constraint is the API rate limit per minute enforced by monday.com.
