I’m trying to calculate and report planned and actual durations, I’ve used a formula to calculate working days from a timeline column at sub item level, and then used a mirror column to calculate the max days on the parent levels items.
I need multiple (client) boards like this to then “roll up” onto a summary board where each board should be ideally an Item (or a Sub item ) that I can summarise the key data from the individual then SUM the parent item level max values for each individual (client) boards.
The challenge I’m having is when I mirror from the Client boards to the summary board, the data is being SUMmed from each sub item on the client board and not the max value of the parent item hence the value being reported is massively over.
I have tried to use various formulae to extract data (duration, start date, end date) from the timeline column that is mirrored from client boards to summary board but formulae do not seem to work on mirror columns.
