Hi Everyone, I’m Sachin Duggal , and I am the owner of a bags manufacturing business, Our team has recently started setting up Monday.com to manage our online courses, and I’m working on automating a check-in system for our Zoom classes. We have a system where a team member logs into Zoom at the beginning of each class to “monitor” it for the first 30 minutes, ensuring everything runs smoothly and that the instructor arrives on time.
To manage this, each team member is supposed to change the label of the Zoom meeting to “check-in” when they join. However, if the label is not updated, I want to send an email notification to their supervisor to alert them with a “NOT IN CLASS” message, so we can track who’s missing.
Here’s what I’ve set up so far:
- I manually set up automation in Monday.com to trigger at a specific time, like “When this time arrives, send an email.”
- However, I’m looking for a way to dynamically pull the time from a column (which is already set in the item) instead of manually updating the time every week. Ideally, the automation would look something like this:“Each Monday at 3:55 pm, if (item) has not checked in, send an email to [supervisor].”
Is there a way to automate this so that the system grabs the time from the column and sends the notification automatically without needing manual adjustments each week?
I apologize if this is a basic question, but I’m looking for a more streamlined and efficient solution.
Thanks in advance for your help!
Regards
