To keep our teams motivated, there is nothing better than telling them how great of a job they’ve done. It doesn’t matter if the job, task or goal is big, small or medium, having the ability to address our teams and recognize their work is essential for every company. I would love to be able to send automatic kudos to our team whenever they complete specific tasks withing the company goals.

If a sales rep made a total of 250,000. In a month send kudos email to the sales rep and other team members or team groups.

Has anybody been able to perhaps create this in another way in your teams? I have the same need for training purposes. When an employee completes certain training they will get an automatic badge. Once all level badges are obtained the next level of training unlocks. Thanks.
