A customer of mine wants to create the e-mails they receive as items on their monday board.
As you know, in the ‘Create items via email’ section, if there is an e-mail sent to the e-mail address here, we can see it as an item in the tables.
However, my customer already has an e-mail address for human resources (such as info@companyname.com). They want to see the emails coming to this email address as items in their tables.
Is it possible to define a specific address like info@companyname.com?
If not,
Is it possible to direct the e-mails coming to info@companyname.com to the relevant secure address (example@use1.mx.monday.com)?
Note: When we create items in the table with Outlook integrations, we cannot see the attachments in the e-mail. For this reason, we tried to find a solution with ‘Create items via email’. However, as I mentioned here, the address field had to be customized.
