We use Monday as a project management tool in the architecture office.
The path of a project is
Lead entry boards
and if the lead is qualified, it goes to the
“Order Board”
Our problem is that the order board has grown massively horizontally because everyone (sales, processors, etc.) has and fills their columns there.
It is then difficult for those processing building applications to read out the desired data due to the horizontal distribution of the builder/property information, because it always involves a lot of scrolling work.
Is there a way to selectively select column contents (text, updates, emails, telephone numbers, etc.) and display them collectively, for example on a Google Docs?
or
to create a board that only shows the “editor relevant” columns but is synchronized with the source board? (that’s the catch with “duplicate board” - once this is done, the boards can no longer be synchronized)
or
another option?
[Unfortunately, “minimizing” columns is not enough to tolerably limit the horizontal expansion]
