We have Work OS (project) and are getting started with Sales CRM - Pro Plan. When I searched on the Templates all I saw was CRM Basic and CRM Enterprise. Where do I download the Sales CRM - Pro Plan templates so I can see what board templates and functionality we have access to?
If you’ve purchased the CRM product, you should have access to the custom templates via the template store - specifically under the monday sales CRM section:
Is this not the case on your end?
Yes, now we have the CRM. It was not provisioned previously and it was not labeled CRM Pro Plan so I wasn’t sure if that was the licenses we had or something else.
