Setting up the Email and Activities Feature & Leveraging Automations

Hello! We use Monday.com across our team to track project requests. We would like to 1. set up-an automatic email to confirm that a request has been received and 2. we would also like to send individual emails to ask questions about projects or confirm a project’s completion.

We are unsure of how to proceed and wonder if we may need to leverage the automation feature and also set-up the email and activities feature.

We also would like to find out the pricing for automations and for the email and activities (as add-on features,) not included as a part of a CRM account.
