Share board or table with filter

INstead of building different dasboards for different set of people is it possible to share the dashboard with a filter on.

So I do not need to create multiple dashboards. This reduces the maintenance as I dont need to change n number of boards which are structured same but for different audience.

I also need to share a board to some supplier in order to let them share the update… Of course each supplier doesn’t need to watch the item affected to another one…
