Show parent item name on subitem in Card view

Card view is a great way to see upcoming tasks. In our way of utilizing Monday.com , we use subitems to assign tasks to individuals in production. In a card view and filtering for your cards as a individual you can see the subitem name , but there is no way to show the parent item on that subitem card. This means you don’t know to which parent item that subitem belongs and you have to go to another view to see this very simple piece of info.

A work around is adding a text column and manually inputting the parent name but this seems very counter intuitive.

I see there are other requests similar to this but for other views , not if it should be its own problem or not.

Were you able to find a solution for this? I am having the same issue. It seems odd that Campaign/Item Name isn’t one of the Copy Parent Column options.

@AlichiaS, unfortunately not for the card view, but they did update the “My Work” view to include parent names so that helps a bit.

It would also be helpful to have the board name or group name available on cards view. Many of our pulses have the same title for every project. If they’re all shown together on a dashboard, it’s hard to tell which is from which project.
