I’m liking Monday CRM so far, it’s unique, very customizable…maybe too much to where I’m running into some issues that aren’t supposed to be issues.
I did a couple of Loom videos and asked customer service, they tried to help but there aren’t any real solutions, so I’m asking on here to maybe bring up some attention so it can be fixed.
While I did not see the automation you have set up to create the lead as a contact in your contacts boards, I assume it is most likely when item is created. So you need to change the trigger. For example, a status or a button column that you change/click after you have inputted all of the information to create the item in the contacts board. Don’t forget to map all of the information!
You cannot really get a warning before deleting info. You would need to restrict the editing rights on the contacts board.
On the customers board that is already connected with the deals board, you would need to create a mirror column showcasing the Deal Value column from the deals board. The amount there would me shown cumulatively.
