Static Effort in Workload Widget

In the Workload Widget, is there a way to have the Effort score not divide by the amount of time in the Project Timeline? We assign Effort based on a rubric, that dynamically changes based on the Project Status (adds or subtracts from the Baseline Effort Score with automations). For instance, if the project has an Effort score of 2 and will be in the Project Status of Execution for the entire month of February, we’d like to see it have a score of 2 on the Workload Widget and not be a decimal based on the Project Timeline spreading the effort for the entire duration of the project.
