I’m creating an automatio that creates a new sub-item after a status change is iniated.
When the sub-item is created it automaticaly is placed at the bottom of the sub-items. Is it possible to create an automation that moves the automation to the top?

This may not be the best way to do it and I do not know if it fits your needs, but here is one option. Use a date column in your subitems and then set up an automation so that when a subitem is created, it sets the date to today. If you then sort your subitems by the date, with most recent at the top, the newest created subitems will always be at the top.

Currently, it is not possible to create an automation that moves a newly created sub-item to the top of the list. Sub-items are automatically placed at the bottom when created. Alternatively, you can manually move the sub-item to the top after it is created.
