With the new time tracking widget it doesn’t recognize the total of the subitems as a source to pull time data, nor does it recognize the time tracking within the subitems itself. Can we get it to do one or the other? Preferable track the time in the actual subitem itself as it probably will give you the ability to drill down more in the view but if not make it recognize the subitem total as a place it can pull data.
I cannot believe that almost a year on and this still isn’t working. This is a huge issue for our team and we are having to look at using make.com to integrate.
We really just want a dashboard with the time tracking widget on it showing a list of the staff and the total time spent working on that day. Unfortunately it doesn’t allow any subitems and nearly all our uses are time trackers.
