HI Einav, You are correct! I just followed up with our product team and we released this feature! Now you are able to invite teams as guest!

We want to invite our customers to Monday to be able to view the projects that we have under way. It gives our customer the ability to view the project in progress, and for us to provide complete transparency. That said, we do not want customers to be able to see other customers projects. To do this we need to be able to invite them as a guest, and add them to a team. Adding them to a team keeps people associated with their company only being able to view there projects compared to all of our projects. I realize this can be done by utilizing a different board, but we donā€™t want our staff having to switch between boards. We would need 20 different boards which only makes life much more complicated.

I believe being able to add guest to teams not only fixes a huge issue for us in Monday, but it also gets Monday exposer to hundreds of potential other customers. All of our customers are other companies.

I would like to see the possibility to group guests as is done with user teams.

i dont call it teams to not confuse with user teams,
but its the same concept/idea, so i call it guest groups.

We have the same requirement - we have shareable boards which we grant access to a handful of users per board. Itā€™d be great to be able to add guests to a group and then grant board access to that group as a whole.

Same here, would save time when creating new boards. Groups works great on the member and viewer side.

I fully support this. I have a transformation project with external developers and external systems integrators and adding all their details individually is time-consuming and dull

@Julietteb this is great! Can a guest only be added to a new team, or can you change this setting for an existing team?
