Tag Automations Software Development

My team predominately uses the Monday for software development. We use the tags system to group glitches that occur. Since they are constantly falling off as we fix them we don’t want to have another column with set values, the value list would be unmanageable. However, we usually know the status of the item and would like to automate all future form submissions so we can send auto replies with the email widget to the user with a solution as well as update the status column.

Tags are also ideal for this because we can monitor how often tags are being used crossed projects. It shows if there are consistent gaps in our QA process.

Automating future form submissions to streamline communication and status updates sounds like a great idea. It can improve efficiency and ensure a smoother workflow.
Tags are indeed versatile, and their use for monitoring and tracking QA processes across projects can provide valuable insights.
