Having the ability to tag other members of my team in the text column as you can when creating an update would be useful. We use a text column as a next step column for deals/projects with an automation that creates an update when the next step (text column) is changed so that we can keep a log of historical changes to our next steps. This allows us to display the most current update on the main dashboard and make edits to the update/next step without having to go in to the individual item.
Another feature that would fix the issue I am having here is if there was an updates column that displayed the most recent update. The column would preferably present like the text column does and could be edited like the text column to create a new update from the dashboard without having to go into the individual item.
