I run an emergency operations center and am looking for a good template to start from. Can anyone suggest a template? Thanks in advance.
I don’t think there is a template for that, but I think it would be easy enough to create. I’ve worked in a PSAP environment before, what kind of data are you trying to collect?
I am looking to collect essential elements of information, track status of resources, send messages, and update as we go. I want to use it as a tracking and information system as well as track position specific objectives. I know I am asking a lot but it seems this is the right platform for it.

It can all be done in Monday, but I’d recommend starting from scratch. I don’t know of a template for that. Create a new board and then start adding columns to test out ideas of what works.
I agree with Desiree, it can definitely be done in monday.com. There’s a basic service desk template that might form a good base from too. But it sounds like starting from scratch would be the best approach, so you can tailor everything.
