I think you can use Monday CSV Converter as it will give you a URL with a CSV of the current state of a board.
Then, you can link it to a google sheet.
There’s more info about this here.
Also, you can set the spreadsheet to refetch the CSV from the URL in predetermined intervals using the sheet’s script editor, this is not mandatory though as it will refetch the data from Monday.com every time you open the sheet, or repaste the link.
