Time Tracking Widgets (On Dashboard) need to be updated manually with each new board added!

I have a time tracking dashboard set up for a team of 6 people. Every time there is a new project, A board is created and we manually link it with the this dashboard. The time tracking widgets here take times from seperate time columns for each individual on each project board.

The problem is that whenever a new board it connected - We have to go into each time widget and select the right person and relevant column. Please look at screenshot below where 2 new projects were added and how I have to tweak each time column!

Is there any way that we can have each time column set to one person and when we add boards on the dashboard it automatically connects it with them…

BTW: The people column is not used because multiple people can work on one project and some people in the team might not work on that project at all!

Hi @Haziq there is a new app called Smart Timer and Team Tracking, it has the same look and feel as the native timer, but with additional features and reporting.

You don’t need separate column for each staff with this as you can have multiple people record time against an item simultaneously. Might be worth a look.
