Hi. I’ve seen this topic closed previously with no response from monday.com support. So i’ll say it again:
I want to be able to type in a date rather than using the calendar. This is because I want to reflect that a project actually started in 2022, this is a pain to have to go back to using the calendar as it functions now. If you make the wrong number of clicks or whatever it takes you back to now. It’s just frustrating. I want to be able to type dd/mm/yyyy - dd/mm/yyyy and have the timeline stick.

I hear you and recognise that this timeline format would be more convenient. On that note, I am excited to let you know that this is a feature that we are developing as we speak

Anything new on this? a year and half past an still this feature isn’t available

It extends the native Timeline and Duration columns in ways that aren’t possible out of the box, all powered through automation, making your workflows way more dynamic and efficient.
