Currently we use an automation to track time when an item is created until it is moved to a certain group.
The issue we are running into is that it only shows the automation owner in time tracking instead of assignee or the group it was in. This is crucial to help us identify bottlenecks.
We would love to see the ability to time track based on assignee or the group the task is sitting in, especially tracking based on assignee.
