Hi!
Our CRM is set up so that client records are a location which then has a key contact associated with it. The Outlook integration works in the sense that it tracks incoming email against the key contact, but there doesn’t appear to be a way for that same email being tracked against the client record.
Is there a way to do this? I’ve tried everything
