We’re looking for a way to using Monday’s Time Tracking tool and create a dashboard using the Dropdown field. Is this possible?
Ideally we also need a set of global Dropdown items to use across multiple boards to prevent duplications with slightly different naming structures.
Monday support have suggested using Tags, however as our boards are shareable I do not think this is possible.
Does anyone have any recommendations for this? Or alternative apps that are easy to use and time can be recorded directly in Monday.com?
Really surprised that Monday has a time tracking feature but the reporting on it is as terrible as it is.
I can’t find any way to be able to get the report to filter down to the Dropdown (which we use to track the Type of Task it is)
@RyanUR I suggest taking a look at the Analytics & Reports by Screenful. With it, you can create charts using the time tracking data and place the charts on Monday dashboard or schedule to be sent via email. You can filter the data by any column in your board.
