Trial Period - Loss of Customers

Every time when I register for trial period with your product I have the same issue. I register fine, check out the UI, OK. I get busy and for second time already I go back after few days to finally take a look at it (when I finally have time) and guess what. Trial is over. Well screw that. I don’t have time to email you and ask you this and that. I just go back to work and forget about you. To capture more future customers the trial should count days only when the customer logs in and actually uses your platform. Not counting days. Anyway let me know when this get implemented. Bye

This will be useless as I don’t have time to take a look at it and when I will have a time the trial will be not active so….really the mentioned needs to be in place so I can move further.
